Terms: Bidding is NOT contingent to finance. 10% down day of sale and will be held in Escrow with Woods County Abstract, Alva, OK., with the balance due upon closing.  Property sells subject to existing lease agreements. Lease agreements available for review in advance of sale.

        Bellamy named 2011 Oklahoma               

First Runner-Up Auctioneer    

 

Josh Bellamy of Cherokee was selected as the 2011 Oklahoma First Runner-Up Auctioneer in the Bid  Calling Contest sponsored by the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association during their recent annual meeting. Held at Heritage Place in Oklahoma City, Auctioneers from around the state competed in the contests, and were judged on their presentation, clarity, smoothness, and ability to spot bids.

Whitey Mason of Guthrie was selected as State Champion, and Jeff Crissup of Helena won Reserve Champion. While attending the convention, Bellamy participated in various specialized seminars including the proper manner of selling firearms at public auction, and   new methods in marketing Real Estate at auction.
